RODIAN has extensive knowledge and expertise of managing international projects throughout each stage of their life-span, from concept, design and development, to acceptance and in-service support.

Initiation
Feasibility study, terms of reference, appoint a team and setting up a project.

Planning
Setting out the roadmap for a project by creating the following: project plan, resource plan, financial plan, quality plan, acceptance plan, and communication plan.

Execution
Produce the deliverables and control the project delivery, scope, costs, quality, risks, and issues.

Closure
Formal customer acceptance tests, transfer deliverables to the customer and complete a post implementation review.
